continuing from the last post.
uhm. that night we slept at 2am i think.
cos the night games were really long.
the SCARY SCARY OHSOSCARY ONE.
the one full of screams.
so anyway, the next day...saturday.
we woke up and went for breakfast.
then? ohyah.
we walked across from church to tai keng gardens where they have a field and a basketball court.
so FIRST we played 'crippled soccer'.
why is it called crippled soccer?
well basically its soccer, but you have to pair up with someone.
and then you tie one of your legs together with the other person's leg.
with raffia string.
so that means...my right leg was tied to delia's left leg.
yup. I didn't really want to play at first cos it was so damn friggin hot.
so me and delia were the 'reserves'.
then THE GAME STARTED!!!.
yue and calista were the goal keepers [their legs were also tied up]
we were playing against stephanie's grp.
i think they scored one goal...
then it was UBER funny seeing them try to run together.
and then they were almost falling down cos its super hard to cooperate.
anyway i think neo yun's leg was bleeding.
so i tied my leg to rachel wong's leg.
then neo yun went to plaster her leg...yuppers.
omg it was so hard lah!!! its like..you want to run in one direction but cos you're tied to another person then you have to tell that person and then.....brrrrr. it was terrible.
the raffia string was cutting into my leg.
haha but i admit it was FUN. well my grp lost 1 - 0.
it was super UNactive.
then the OTHER two grps played against each other.
that game was much more active.
they managed to score tons of goals.
i think jerald's group won. yuppers.
the...TELEMATCH!!!
gyahh. the damn thing was so...dizzy.
here's the format:

starting line



stick



plastic spoon with ping pong ball on it





bucket of water + water bags




catcher.


so we appointed a catcher. and she stood about one meter behind the bucket of water.
then we had to run one by one.
to the STICK, then pick up the stick and make it stand straight.
and then we had to bend forward and put our head on top of the stick.
then we had to run around it 10 rounds.
and since your head is down, then you're looking at the grass.
then you can see the grass SPINNING AND SPINNING AND SPINNING around and around.
i'm telling you...almost everyone who spun, after finishing, they tried to run forward to the spoon.
BUT then they couldn't run straight and they kept running towards the right...
then i was sort of FIGHTING to run straight but somehow i couldn't. it was freaky.
and i was so frigging dizzy. i just couldn't run straight!! its like something was repelling me.
then some other groups go and sabo us.
like...cos we're in a daze after spinning and can't really see properly.
then they'll say...OHH RUN HERE RUN HERE!!!
when 'here' is in the totally wrong direction.
i know that some ppl spin halfway then so dizzy that they fell down.
on their butt....
anyway, after spinning then run to the spoon with the ping pong ball on it.
then we have to hold the spon handle in our mouth and balance the ping pong ball on it.
well...since we're so dizzy i assumed it would be hard.
but actually it was pretty easy. for everyone.
then we walked with the spoon to the bucket of water.
then put it down and then joshua would bring back the spoon to where it was.
then we had to take the water bag and fill it with water from the bucket, and make WATER BOMBS!
well...the water bag thing is actually what you use in take away drinks...if you get me.
after filling then you have to take the string and spin it around and around then tie it.
then you have to throw the water bomb to the catcher who catches it.
and TRY not to let it burst...
cos you're throwing it...
anyway, then after all four grps had finished their water alr, then it was time to play WATER BOMBS!
here's the game:
appoint 5 ppl to be the wall.
3 ppl to be the defender.
the five ppl have to face their BACK to the rest of the other groups.
while the defenders have to stand in front of the wall.
then the other groups will use their water bombs and try to splash the wall.
and the defenders have to try and jump here and there and block the wall.
so its actually the defenders who get wet.
then i think the winner is the one whose wall is the most dry.
so i was the defender..cos i'm tall.
then we had to have our hands TIED UP behind our backs.
so that we can't catch the water bombs.
so anyway...the first group got into position and then we tried to throw water bombs.
then OH GREAT. it started to rain -__-
so we couldn't judge who was going to be wetter.
so then someone yelled 'FREE THROW'
then everyone grabbed the water bombs and started throwing at everyone.
and i SO DID NOT want to get wet.
so i just stood in the middle and prayed hard that i wouldn't get bombed.
but anyway i got wet in the rain.

haha she was chased cos she was dry..
then she was running and screaming....then i think marcus caught her and then she was bombed.
haha. too bad.
i was dry!!((:
then i think they took the drinking water and poured it ALL OVER hong yu.
cos he's the camp commandant.
yuppers. hahaha he was soaking.
then the rain started to get HEAVY.
so we ran all the way back to church.
LUCKILY i didn't get that wet. thought almost everyone else was.
so ben told us that we couldn't walk into the church until we were dry.
we had to walk by OUTSIDE and then take the lift.
yuppers but i wasn't wet so got privilage.
then we just hung out in the dorm until lunch.
i think my dorm, we were playing uno or sth.
then emily was there.
and then we were talking about how MGS is better than PL.
but actually it was like...everyone was from pl exccept me and yue.
so it was...GYAHH.
then emily said: yan, MG GIRL!!! can help me do french plait?
yan: huh? why mg girl?
emily: cos everyone knows that MGS girls know how to do this kind of think
yan: really? ohyah. cos mgs got weird hair rules. so almost everyone have to tie plaits.
anyway i helped her..and i thought it was messy.
but look from far is NEAT ^.^
then we had lunch and after that, it was basically free time.
we were supposed to meet in the old juniors room to play all those board games.
me and my dorm seized this chance to go and bathe.
we bathed in the parsonage AGAIN.
i think we broke the rules tho. i dun thnik we were supposed to bathe there.
anyway after bathing i went to the old juniors room
then i played connect four with steven and yihui.
omg you have no idea how annoying it is to think: ooh finally i have a way to win now!
and then immediately the next move steven wins.
i mean yihui and me were practically SCREAMING our heads off. with frustration.
HOW DOES HE DO IT!?!?!
haha then you know when yue beat him with the SIMPLEST trick then he was cursing himself.
like: NO THAT WAS LIKE the simplest trick ever! i dunno what i'm thinking! ahhh.
then he left...so then i think me nicole yue and yihui were playing garfields game which was actually ludo.
ahhhh that was fun! cos we kept killing one another.
then when finally only yihui was left, then she kept rolling the dice to try and get her counter home...
haha that was funny.
then we all got bored and went back to our dorm.
then emily came in and said: does anyone have MARKERS?
yan: sorry. i dunno where MARCUS is. maybe you should check the boys dorm
emily: -___-"

she was gonna make a goodbye card to PJ.
cos he's being posted to another church
SO SAD RIGHT!????? i'm super sad larhs.
then we all, before dinner, had to write on the card a message.
yup. then THE GAME....BLEAH x[[
we had to CONSUME five different types of food.
mainly:
one cup of condensed milk
one cup of soya sauce
one cup of CHILLI PATI
one BOTTLE of this really disgusting vegetable bittergourd juice.
one BOTTLE of this really sour lemon thingy which was a mixture of many juices.

yuppers. so anyway, the condensed milk i didn't get to drink.
yue apparently LOVED it.
so its like each group has to finish one cup of each.
so anyway our first station was condensed milk.
then after that it was the bittergourd thingy.
i didn't want to try it...but calista loves this kind of stuff.
so she drank almost all of it...
then the LEMON thing.
that was super NICE. i love it lah. even tho it was sour.
anyway, nicolette poured it into our mouth.
then it was the CHILLI. wahlao.
i had to take one chilli pati.
and the moment it touched my tongue, the chilli taste spread all over my tongue.
and i coudlnt' take it, so i threw it in the drain. SHHHHH!
then it was the SOY SAUCE.
OMG i took one mouthful of it and i almost puked.
do you have ANY idea how salty that thing is?
its like...it makes my eyes water. it was damn salty.
but we had to finish one cup of it.
one whole cup!
haha anyway my grp won second for that game.
then it was time for BARBERCUE!!!!
okay it wasn't that great.

ohyah forgot to mention that tifanny was SICK. )):
so she was resting in the dorm.
then we wanted to go upstairs to the dorm but elaine said that we couldn't cos she was resting.
so then we said that half of us would move to the old juniors room to sleep tonight.
cos we didn't want to MOVE her away.
then after a while then elaine told us that she was moved to the old juniors room!!!
so we could go up lah.
then when we were passing through DEBORAH LOO'S dorm, then deborah was all...URGH.
she was scolding us for COMPLAINING about tifanny and for TELLING elaine to move her okay!
that didn't even happen ok! i mean like WTH! she's only one year older than me and she still go and scold us as if she's EONS older than us. and she anyhow go and scold us for what?
anyway in the end, we agreed that it was andrea who was the one who suggested moving tifanny.
but we didn't tell her lah. or deborah either.
she'll just say that we are shirking responsibility.
anyway i dun see why everyone likes her anyway, i think they only like her cos she's small and cute and bossy.
her voice is like 10 times louder than mine and you can't try and tell her anything cos she'll just overpower you with her voice.
then after that she was acting all...b*tchy.
and we were all bitching about her.
then she came and sprayed HER dorm with this nice smelling stuff.
then she skipped our dorm and yelled: I DUN WANT TO SPRAY YOUR DORM!! EVERYONE WHEN YOU WALK PAST THE MIDDLE DORM THEN HOLD YOUR BREATH COS ITS SUPER SMELLY...blahblahblahblah.
its like...who cares?
anyway to annoy the other dorm, then we started singing and yelling our heads off.
LALALALLALAAL.
then they got nerve lah! want to come and borrow our phones to make PRANK CALLES!??!?
then everytime someone walked into our dorm then we would yell: HOLD YOUR BREATH! ITS TOO SMELLY blahblahblah.
gyahh. i hate that deborah.
she's just so damn bossy.
anyway then we went to sleep.
and in the morning kenah scolded by deborah AGAIN for not helping to clean up.
i mean like WTH! she could have woken us up and told us to go clean right?
sleep is sth you can't control.
she should have just TOLD US. she just purposely want excuse to scold us again issit?
anyway after we woke up then we were supposed to pack our bags and meet in the seminar room.
yup. we were LATE. cos we woke up late.
then we had to clean the dorms.
but the old ladies were using it.
so we went to clean the toilets
then we went for breakfast.
selena's mom made waffles.
too bad i dun like waffles)):
then we went back to the seminar room.
and hung out until 9.30...
and during the time emily asked me to tie french plait again...
i tihnk it was a lil lopsided tho.
then we broke camp.
then to my surprise, EMILY GAVE ME THIS POST CARD THINGY.
so sweet! I LUV IT TO DEATH cos of the nice message from her.
haha.
went for sunday school
yup it was my first sec 1 sunday school.
then had service lead by joshua...
i have NO IDEA why but i felt that today's service was a lil different.
anyway since we have no more PRI sunday sch then we stayed for the sermon.
practically 3/4 of the juniors[youth] were sleeping cos they stayed up late to clean up the barbercue.
ahaha. louis claimed he was DEEP IN MEDITATION which was why he was closing his eyes.
lols. then we went for lunch with STEPHANIE and family.
yuppers. then we went home and i fell asleep.
then we went for family gathering....
ahh lazy to blog about that tho...
okok i need to do my tuition hmwk.
forgot to mention that i taught my dorm the DIDIDI song.
and i also taught em and she said that it would be TOO CUTE if the whole juniors were doing it.
