JUNIORS CAMP.

it was from friday to sunday [today]
anyway. my dad fetched me and my sis to church.
then we THOUGHT we were early cos it was 7.40 in the morning..and camp was supposed to start at 8...
but i think most of the comm were there...
except xuan. she went carolling.
then i saw LOTS of new P5s..
well not lots larh. just abt 3 that i didn't know...
but NOW I KNOW THEM WELL((:
anyway then we got into our grps [i was in louis's grp]
apparently yue didn't have a grp..so hong yu said: go join your sister's.
WHY ME. haha no lah. i'm not so mean.
anyway then we took bus and mrt to sentosa!!
and HOW BRILLIANT. my sis forgot to bring EZlink card.
in the end she spent abt 15min trying to buy a ticket...at the mrt station.
and everyone was waiting for her...HAIZ embarrass the lim/lin family! -__-
i was practically slapping her face...haha.
anyway...we got to harbour front mrt.
then we took the shuttle bus.
me, stephanie and serene squeezed into 2 seats.
well actually we didn't have to squeeze. cos stephanie is super skinny.
and serene has the figure of a skeleton...SUPER SKINNY. its freaky!!
then we got to sentosa.
then about 10 of us went onto pastor jasper's [PJ's] bus.
and the rest walked...i tok the bus!! whoot. i couldn't be bothered to walk.
anyway...we played some DISGUSTING GAMES>
first game:
well there are four grps.
so there were four ONE LITRE bottles half buried in the sand so that it stands up straight.
then it's about 10m from the SEA. so we have to FILL UP our grp's bottle with sea water using whatever we have...
EXAMPLE the guys can take off their shirts and soak it in sea water..then run to the bottle and squeeze the shirt...
JERALD FOO PUT SEA WATER INTO HIS MOUTH AND THEN SPAT IT INTO THE BOTTLE.
haha i did it ONCE. and i almost died cos it was so salty...
YUCKYUCKYUCK.
i think zacherry took off his shirt...hahas.
anyway. i think a lot of jerald's grp members used their mouth.
so they WON OBVIOUSLY.
my grp won third..
I have a feeling that some ppl used saliva..
i just used my hands..but it was so pathetic.
that game was so gross...trust the crazy camp comm to think up such a game.
i hope no one from gb reads this. next time they organise camps then use this disgusting game.
i hope i'll be on the organising comm. thne i dun have to do the disgusting games! ^^

i have no idea why but michelle foo brought a shower cap...
haha i think it was to protect her hair. it was SO COOL! her hair.
its like thos tiny pleats. then you can see the scalp..super cool.
haha they wanted to use the shower cap to bring back water for the bottle game.
but they weren't allowed.

okay the NEXT DISGUSTING GAME>
double wacko.
okay it doesn't sound disgusting does it?
but INSTEAD OF THE STICK OF NEWSPAPER. guess what we used.
a water gun!!!
and guess which water it was filled with?
the water from the previous game.
AHH! that means we were shot with sea water+saliva+lotsa more disgusting stuff.
EWWW luckily i didn't get splashed.
ohyes and if you anyhow shoot wrongly, you get drenched with that same water...
haha i think joshua accidentaly shoot a lot wrong..
thne kenah drenched...haha.
poor nicolette. she was sprayed a LOT. hahas. that was fun...
cos i didn't get splashed!!! ^.^

then we had the scavanger hunt.
which i MUST SAY i didn't enjoy one bit.
you know why? THE SCORCHING SUN MADE EVERYONE SUN BURNT.
seriously 3/4 of us were red...
actually i wasn't read. but still hot leh!
we played the ogre game like 3 times just to get the ogre's axe...
and we had to bargain with pj in the shop to give us more peanuts so that we could pay him for the frost stick.
haha i know it sounds complicated you wouldn't understand if you weren't there.
so its like..he's acting as this really really REALLY strict guy.
so you have to flatter him and make sure you dun offend him...
lucas was really really good at that...ahaha.
oh and we could combine items..
EXAMPLE
snow
flake
hair
pea
pod
stone
fish
sea
weed

can combine...like you dun have to find a snow or a flake.
can just combine and get snow flake..
I think we used dandruff and called it HAIR FLAKE.
anyway we traded the items for peanuts..[money in this game]
then we had to pay the SAGE the peanuts for him to answer our questions.
about the game.
anyway i tihnk leroy's team won? i have no idea...

then we had lunch.

then i dunno. ohyah. it was basically free time at the beach..
a LOT of pple went and imersed themselves into the sea...
like yue. -_-
i was smart and stayed huddled under the umbrella with steph.
haha i think they wanted to play captains ball in the sea...
but we did put our feet into the water lah.
then it started POURING.
and me and stephanie went to the toilet...then it started raining.
so we had to RUN all the way back..and we almost got drenched.
luckily i brought a change of clothes.
so we went to change..
and we discovered that everyone was playing soccer in the HEAVY RAIN.
and also dog dog bone. and a lot of other stuff.
well they were drenched. and we were DRY :D
then they said that all the dry ppl could go back to church in the church van!
like me!!!!!! so cool. dun have to take bus again. while all the wet ppl will SUFFER>
so we took the bus back. yup.
then we had the priority of bathing first cos everyone else was still at sentosa..
so we went to the parsonage.
then OHSOSCARY! the woman came up and scolded us for using the parsonage.
cos i think we weren't supposed to.
and apparently the speaker was sleeping there. and we were making tons of noise
WE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THAT.
we were like omgomg sosososo sorry!!! gyahh.

OKAY...
we shall skip to night games...
aft dinner then we were supposed to play night games..
but they told us that the chinese orchestra was using the space.
so they TOLD us that it was cancelled..
so we were supposed to play those 'blow wind blow' and 'hunter squirrel' games
then in the middle of the hunter squirrel games, HONG YU APPEARED TO HAVE FAINTED!
as in he was just lying on the floor...not responding.
so yihui told us to move to the downstairs...uhm the porch.
then i was like SUPER DUPER UBER scared!!!
then hong yu came down...he appeared to have regained conciousness.
then yihui said; its a MIRACLE! tell us, why did you faint?

hong yu: well actually it's cos i had a friend...his name was ritchie richard. he was very poor. and no one knew why his name was richie richard. then he found that his godfather died and left him inheritance! including a MANSION. so he went to check out this mansion. and then he told us...that it was full of strange creatures...very strange creatures. so we advised him not to go back! but he still wanted to. so he went into the mansion......
AND HE NEVER CAME BACK.
me and a group of friends went back to this mansion but we never could find him...

then hong yu went upstairs...looking like he was crying.
then yihui said: well you've heard hong yu's story. and THIS is the mansion [the church]

then i was like...OHHHH IT WAS ALL AN ACT! the fainting! I THOUGHT IT WAS REAL.

yihui: your job is to find richie richard. he's somewhere in the mansion...FOLLOW the route given and ask all the servants and whoever that are in the station to give you clues to find out where richie richard is...and there are lightsticks hidden so pick them up...and you're not allowed to have ANY LIGHT besides the lightsticks. so the church lights are all turned off

then we were given a map..
i was SUPER DUPER SCARED cos it was at the dead of night.
and you know..got ppl roaming aorund the church ready to catch us
and send us to the torture chamber

our first station was on the fourth floor.
we took a lift. and the MOMENT the lift opened we saw selena dressed in a maids costume.
i almost screamed...
anyway we were supposed to find four of her story books. which her 'friend' apparently hid.
her acting is PRO man.
anway we found 3 of them quite easily...
and then we couldn't find the fourth!!!
and then we discovered that it was in her apron -___-

haha then i dunno i THINK we were given clues...
but anyway then we went to the music room.
i didn't DARE to open the door....
cos the music room got mirror okay!
i scared got someone behind me then i see then i scream.
so leroy BRAVELY opened the door.
and when we stepped in...immediately a loud piercing SCREAM RANG OUT FROM THE ROOM
we all screamed and we tried to get out...
but anyway we went to check it out..
turns out it was nicolette dressed as a beggar...
scary leh!
anyway we were supposed to find matchsticks to form the word PSYCHO.
and we kept asking her to spell it.
nicolettte gave us a lot of clues...where to find
i mean its like in the DARK. and its a tiny matchstick. how on earth are we supposed to find them?

beggar: check on top of the notice board
leroy: [mutters] nicolette so short, how to reach on top of the notice board?
beggar: I HEARD THAT! NO MORE CLUES!!

hahaha. we were like...OH MAN!
anyway everytime someone entered the music room we screamed to death....
i thnik louis and ian were dressed in toilet paper and looked like monsters...
anyway then we went to level 2 santuary.
and it was MELODY!!!!!
but not that scary. cos we alr saw someone there.
we were supposed to pick up all the litter on the floor...
that apparently the 'barneys' [monsters] littered...
that was easy^.^
then we went to level one stage.
and on the way we met BEN who had litsticks around his ears and hands and he looked like a martian from outer space.
obviously we SCREAMED but he took away our lightsticks...)):
anyway...THE STAGE
joshua was there playing the piano!! super scary.
it was all in minor keys...
so anyway then he was the butler...
and one person had to sing OPERA to what he was playing about a tragic story..
and the rest of us had to dance
so at first i think leroy tried to sing humpty dumpty..
but then it didn't work.
so then we ALL had to sing...so i was like...trinyg to make the vibration in my voice by shaking my head....it worked!!
but anyway i think we sang itsy bitsy spider.
i think stephanie's group sang about a boy called joshua who died...haha
i think joshua was trying not to laugh.
anyway then were given some REALLY DARK pictures.
then we went to the mini chapel.
super scary!
its like i think pastor jasper and nat were hiding..
then suddenly PJ ran out and then we all screamed and tried to run..
but i tihnk he was joking larh.
anyway then nat was apparently the GARDENER.
then he kept telling us the story and then suddenyl BOOING us with sth.
like: once i saw richie richard go upstairs...and he never came down...then i found [pause] A NOTE!!![yells] and its like booing us so we all screamed..
haha anyway we got the note...
thne on the way out, then steven suddenly SPRANG OUT AND YELLED.
thne we all screamed then he came running after me and captured me!
i was so scared i could see jerald foo being tortured in the torture chamber!!!
then i think he accidentaly hit my head...and like YEOWCH.
then he took our lightstick. in exchange for my 'life'
you know that lightstick fell from the sky..
well actually i tihnk someone dropped it...haha .
from above.

then we went to level three.
ying xuan's station.
it was pitch black there...then she opened the door and we couldn't see who it was
but i saw a head bobbing down so...yeah.
then suddenyl from behind the door somebody BOOED us.
but we didn't scream!!! i'm so proud of myself(:
thne she turned on the lights.
then she picked me yue and rachel wong to drink a ONE LITRE BOTTLE of water.
in 20sec.
haha i, in a rush, spilled TONS of water down my shirt.
my shirt was soaking wet okay!
gyahh.
but then ying xuan was counting like...
19, 19, 19, 19, 19, 19...
then when i was about to finish the last bit then she said TWENTY.
sigh. so we had to pose as gay ppl...
i think rachel wong and neo yun pretended to ALMOST kiss.
haha we were acting so gay
then she took a pic. PURPOSELY ONE LAH!!

anyway then cos that was the last station, so now it was time to find richie richard!!!
so we went hunting and found 'him' on the fifth floor...
actually its just the roof top.
and GUESS WHO IT WAS? it was XUAN!!!!!!
the moment we found her, she said: WHY ON EARTH DID YOU GUYS TAKE SO LONG? DO YOU KNOW HOW LONG I'VE BEEN WAITING HERE?
hahaas. so that means WE WON THE GAME!! WHOOOOOT((:
i think i forgot to include a lot of other scary/funny stuff...but nvm.
we went to sleep at 2am cos the game took up lotsa time.
anyway gotta go.
i've been blogging for about 1h alr...
and its like 10.15pm.
i think i'll blog about the REST of camp tmr!!!
